All groups will receive: one complimentary room for every 15 rooms paid daily based on double occupancy; 20% off all spa treatments (rules of use apply), wine bottles and internet access for all attendees however, are not combinable with use of resort coupons; 50% discount on staff rooms for every 25 rooms blocked with a maximum 3 rooms at discounted rate; complimentary internet access in all staff rooms; no charge for meeting rooms; discounted group rate applies for 3 days before and after designated event dates for early arrivals and designated stays; 50% discount on all set-up fees; free VIP upgrade to ocean view for every 15 rooms (based on availability); bottle of wine upon arrival and daily amenities for VIP rooms; meeting organizers/planners will receive a $250 meeting credit valid on future meetings held at resorts within the brand; hospitality desk equipped with phone, complimentary internet access and an easel; one complimentary 3-night certificate for every 50 rooms blocked at Now Resorts & Spas of the winners choice raffled off at the closing event to group attendees (certificate will be issued after the group’s departure); private check-in and check-out; group pre-registration, and services of group coordinator.
$250 credit can be used towards a group booking at the same resort or any resort within the same brand during the validity period. Credits cannot be combined and are to be used against services provided by the hotel.
